Palmas - Ilha Grande

Palmas é uma praia localizada a leste da ilha, é a mais praia mais próxima de Abrão que se pode acampar e também é a praia com camping mais próxima de Lopes mendes, uma das mais lindas praias e com as melhores ondas da ilha.

Para quem deseja chegar até palmas vindo do Rio é simples, basta chegar até Conceição de Jacareí através de carro ou ônibus saindo da rodoviária novo Rio que dura em torno de 2 horas e custa 25 reais, chegando lá procurar pelo porto e por um barco que vá até Abrão pelo menos, se quiser ir direto também é possível, o preço sai em torno de 30 reais.
